Approved methods of vaccination (must be fully vaccinated - both shots completed if prescribed):

  • Physical vaccination card

  • Digital vaccination card (includes photo of vaccination card)

Approved methods of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event:

  • PCR test

  • Rapid Antigen Test (including at-home tests)
